possessions and territories

ship to members of the
Armed Forces stationed overseas!
(Other than that, we do not export
outside the US. Sorry.)
A common question is "How
long do I have to wait for my order?" We ship all orders as
quickly as possible. We do not collect on the credit card purchase
until we ship the order out, so our customers are never charged before
they have an expectation of receiving it.
We have the largest
assortment of license plates and license plate frames on the
Internet. We ship orders that are in stock usually within 2-4
business days (custom products take a little longer). Although we
make every effort to have everything in stock all the time, we
sometimes experience "runs" on certain products. In most cases we can
get the product from our suppliers in less than 7 days. We order from
our many suppliers at least once a week and can usually have most
products in stock within 10 days. If an order includes something we
are expecting in within that 10 days, we will delay shipping the order
until the order can be shipped in it's entirety. If the delay will be
longer than a week, we will ship what is in stock and only charge for
what is being shipped. At this time, we can not track backorders.
To make ordering easy,
we have adopted a "one price" shipping cost for all orders shipped
within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship our
orders via Priority Mail offered by the United States Postal Service.
Shipping via Priority Mail is supposed to mean orders receive faster
service by the post office. Shipping time from our offices in Florida
to California average 3-4 days in most cases, although we have seen it
take as many as 5 days.
In answer to the
question, "How long do I have to wait for my order?" the bottom line
is anywhere between 6-14 days. (If you want to know the status of
your order, email us at

and we can tell you when you can expect delivery.)
In over 10 years of
online sales, we have only lost sixteen (16) orders by the post office
(contrary to the claims of other retailers that the post office is not
efficient). Most delivery problems are caused by insufficient or
incorrect information supplied to us by customers, so please make sure
you fill out the shipping address completely. (If you are shipping to
your office, don't leave out the name of your employer. The post
office may not deliver to "Fred Jones" because they know the addressee
is the "Acme Corporation").
Also keep in mind the
security of the delivery site. We have seen cases where neighbors
have picked up orders meant for our customers. It was taken because
the order went to a common area - an unsupervised room where residents
of an apartment complex could get mail that wouldn't fit in their
box. Unfortunately, anyone was able to pick up anyone else's packages
and there wasn't any control. This is not the ideal shipping
address. Consider sending it to a friend or relative's address if
security is an issue for you.
We have found Priority
Mail is priced reasonably and provides the level of delivery we want
to offer. No one wants to spend more on postage than they do their
order, but because our products are priced so low, it is possible.
(Of course, we recommend ordering more so your shipping cost per unit
is reduced.) We have found this shipping policy is fairest for all.
Over the years, we have
noticed that sometimes after placing orders, customers come right back
for the "thing they forgot". We watch for this and if two or more
orders are placed by a customers within 24 hours, we usually combine
the orders and ship them together. This can only be accomplished
if we a) haven't shipped the first order yet, and b) that we happen to
catch it before it ships. This reduces our customers'
shipping costs. Of course, this only applies when the orders have the
same shipping addresses and if the customer uses the same name and
address on both orders. When we can combine orders and we have
already collected credit card payments before we notice the
duplication, we will issue a refund to
the customer as quickly as possible. If we can catch it before
we collect our credit card payments, we will remove the shipping
charge from any subsequent orders. Either way, the customer will
only be charged once for shipping.
Unfortunately we do not
offer shipping outside the United States. We have tried it in the
past, and because costs are so high and reliability is so low, we had
to stop.
