This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  Our storefront is a VeriSign secured site and we use the Miva Merchant software to facilitate orders.  We use VeriSign/PayPal to process credit card purchases to our Merchant Account processor, IPayment, Inc.  The order is processed and deposited directly into our account.  Under normal circumstances, even we can't get our customers' credit card numbers, unless they phone their order in and it is given by the customer to one of our representatives.  We do not email our customers requesting credit card information and request our customers release no personal information via email.  Do not release any information to anyone claiming to be a representative of LicensePlatesOnline.com unless you are expecting such a call that was pre-arranged by a source you deem reliable.  If you ever question whether you should release particular information, do not release it.
