Customer Order Status We typically ship our in-stock (off the shelf) orders within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the order. Custom products usually are shipped within 2-6 business days (depending on the complexity of the product) from the time we receive the order unless otherwise stated in the item description. Once in a while products are placed on backorder because they are on backorder with the manufacturer (about 3% of all orders). We try to use our high volume to prevent this from happening but if it does, we try to use our clout to get the manufacturer to expedite our orders as quickly as possible. Most of the time backordered products arrive at our office in 10-12 days but it depends on the manufacturer of the specific product. Please fill out the
following two fields to BOTH FIELDS ARE REQUIRED: COOKIES MUST BE ENABLED TO RECEIVE A STATUS UPDATE AND SOME FIREWALLS PREVENT SCRIPTS. IF YOU RECEIVE A MESSAGE THAT SAYS "NO ORDER ON FILE" THEN DROP US AN EMAIL. THERE MAY BE A REASON YOUR ORDER STATUS DOESN'T SHOW UP FOR YOU BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN WE DON'T HAVE YOUR ORDER!
